After multiple issues with our new home flooring, and not getting the resolutions under our Warrenty claim, we were so frustrated. Fortunately we made a decision to use Abbey Carpet & Floor at Patricia's.
After meeting with Chad Houfek for an estimate we were reassured about not only the need to do this, but the corrections needed. We are so thankful for his honesty, and financial options to be able to take care of our needs. Chad lives in our community and was familiar with the issues we were having. He knew how to properly “fix” these problems so that they would not occur again with the new flooring we selected. We are beyond happy with his team and the hours they dedicated to get this done while we were out of town. The quality of their work was exceptional! They updated us daily while we were away, and we actually had them back to do another area we were not planning to do at the time. We were able to work with everyone. Nice people, professional, respectful of our property and literally non stop work days into the evening!

Abbey Carpet & Floor recently replaced all of our flooring (originally LVP) with wood look plank tile. From start to finish, the Abbey team was outstanding. In particular, Glee Ann took great care of us throughout the process. She provided terrific recommendations and service during the inquiry phase (to include coming over to our house the same day I stopped into the showroom to take measurements so she could get to work on an estimate). Glee Ann provided flooring samples for me to take home and provided guidance on the ultimate flooring selection.

Once we decided to move forward, Glee Ann took care of scheduling the service and getting everything in place for installation. Throughout the installation, she monitored progress and kept us updated.

The installation team was extremely professional, reliable, and expertly installed our flooring. The large format plank tiles require experienced installers, and the Abbey crew did not disappoint. We could not be happier with the final result. The floors look absolutely amazing and are a fantastic upgrade to our home.

Glee Ann and the Abbey team did a terrific job with our floors (so much so that we had them install new baseboard for us and plan to work with them on a window covering project in the near future). Their quoted prices were very reasonable, and we feel they delivered great value. I highly recommend Abbey Carpet & Floor!

I cannot say enough positive things about this company! I would give them 10 stars if I could. I had a flooring issue at our North Fort Myers house, and I live hours away! Lisa helped me in every way and made it possible to get the house fixed with me not having to make a very long drive down there. She knew I had a tight time frame as well and still got it all done! She went above and beyond. I think Abbey Carpet is LUCKY to have her as their employee. I would recommend this company and staff to any of my friends and family.

On a completely separate issue there was a switch that someone had accidentally flipped and my WiFi was down…… Lisa and Steven were able to correct that for me even though it wasn’t something they had even done! Life savers for sure.

Hey, these guys handle all my rental and vacation property. They do such great job. As a property management company we have LOTS of floor issues. Busted grout, staining, damage… I call Abby, it’s simply fixed. I never have to worry about it. One of our very few vendors I trust implicitly. Kitchen and Shower "retile". Sales/consultation team lead by Lisa Moya showed up on time with sample tiles for us to select. She and an associate shared their knowledge about the project with adequate detail. The installers showed up on time and stayed focus on the project from beginning to end. We were delighted with how little dust was created by the demo. For example, I wiped the counter tops before the demo and wiped them after the demo and there was very little dust on the paper towel. Lisa followed up to close the project to make sure we were pleased with Abbey's work. We have had tile installed three times before and this was our BEST experience to date!!
