Went in to potentially sell my Rolex and purchase a Grand Seiko. The process was smooth and the offer made was fair. We were able to strike a deal and I could not be more pleased with the transaction. The sales team was attentive and knowledgeable. They sell used watches as brand new online, then blame the customer for the wear and tear of the watch, that is impossible to do within the timeframe the customer had the watch. The watch looks nothing like it was advertised.

Very dishonest, very aggressive and horrible to deal with.

Update- i was satisfied with the watch in photos that received that did not show the flaws of the watch, i had to confirm this using specific words that you guys told me to, to get my transaction costs refund, I cannot return the watch without losing money as you said you’d take the customs costs of approximately £2000 out of my refund. Which is not fair.

I purchased a watch advertised as brand new on August 19th, and it was received by my aunt in the US on August 27th. From the start, she noticed that the watch box wasn’t in a good condition, raising concerns that the watch might be preowned. When I saw pictures of the watch still in the box, I confirmed I was happy with it, but asked the jeweller if it was indeed brand new. They assured me it was.
Once I received the watch on September 19th, it was clear it was not new—it had scratches and dents. My aunt had also noticed these but assumed I was aware of the condition. I contacted the jeweller, but they refused to offer a partial refund reflecting the condition of the watch and instead told me to return the watch, which would involve costly import duties. They accused me of trying to extort them and claimed I was satisfied with the watch after wearing it tried to change my mind, which is false. They continued to gaslight me by saying the watch was brand new, when it clearly is not and that any damage caused was by me.
A second trusted jeweller appraised the watch and confirmed it was not new and had been heavily used. Despite this, the original jeweller continued to deny my claims, accused me of lying, and refused to resolve the issue.
The watch was falsely advertised, the jeweler is being aggressive and dishonest and wants me to bear the cost for their dishonesty.

I took my 89 year old mom there last night to shop for a watch for her for Christmas. Judy was great - the watch is perfect for her - and the experience was the best. Mom got a little champagne and felt like a princess with all the attention she received. I can’t thank Meierotto’s and Judy enough.
