This lovely Fossil watch had been sitting in a little box for years. A friend bought me a Fitbit and so I stopped wearing it. Made the decision recently that I want to disconnect from my phone a bit so this is one of the steps, back to a real watch! Of course the battery was dead, so on the recommendation of a good friend I went to KC watch yesterday to get it replaced. I walked into this very light welcoming space with beautiful watches everywhere and was greeted by a lovely smiling lady. She took my watch and said she would be back in a few minutes. She was! She said all it needed was a battery which was replaced so quickly and all for under $10. The good reviews on this place are real. It is great!

Came in at expecting to buy a new band. Turns out the fix was simple, was out it ten minutes free of charge. All of my watch repairs will go through here now. Highly recommend.

The only place I'd go for seiko repairs or mods. I got a seiko 5 and skx modified several years ago with upgraded movements and crystals. Several years later they are still water tight, keeping great time and looking gorgeous. I'm not in kc anymore but would ship watches back before I work with anyone else

Great place. I left the crown open on my Tag Heuer while in the water and moisture got inside the case which made it look dull and foggy. Took it to where I bought it and they said since it was 4 years old it wasn’t under warranty and they would have to send it in and I would get it back for 3.5 months. Stopped by KC Watch Co. The owner took it to the back, had it looking brand new in 10 minutes. On top of that he didn’t even charge me anything. Will definitely do business with them in the near future, have some nice watches for my wife’s upcoming 40th birthday!

So glad that there are still craftsmen around that help ensure we don’t have to replace a watch.
They fixed my Nixon that I’ve had for 15 years. 5 stars for that. But a month after I dropped it off I called to ask if it was finished and they said it wasn’t yet. The next day they said it was finished and ready to pick up.
Feels like they kind of forgot about my watch and then fixed it when I called.
They do great work, just don’t expect it to get done fast.
