Mala experiencia al comprar una camioneta que según ellos era 4 por 4
Sin embargo sólo era un atractivo para vender.
En solo 15 días de uso me quedé en medio camino...
Obvio estoy hablando de un vehículo de segunda mano..
Al buscar ayuda con ellos rápidamente me sacaron un papel que dice SIN GARANTÍA!!

I highly recommend working with Robert and Kaitlyn at Zellers. They made the process of trading in our car super easy and painless. One of the seats in the car has a few flaws and they are personally going to come pick it up from my office and have it fixed tomorrow. I can't thank them enough for such a great experience.

Melissa was a delight and made the experience incredibly smooth. She wasn't pushy and was very informative and helpful every step of the way. I can only account for the purchasing phase of this overall experience so far, but i don't feel put off about going back to this dealership and think they'll do what they can to inform and assist if something comes up.

Went in looking for a Chrysler van & ending up buying an Infinity. I bought a 2020 Ford Explorer March 2024. I give a one star rating due to the issues I have been having with this vehicle since having it. The day I drove it off the lot I had the engine light come on which I’m pretty positive they already knew there was an issue because somebody had been driving it everyday for their personal use. Here I am 5 months later having to replace breaks and a transmission. All I can say is make sure you purchase the extended warranty because you never know what kind of vehicle you are getting from this dealership. The GM is also unaware of the routine maintenance you should be doing on a transmission so this explains why I’m in this situation. Had the transmission fluid been flushed when it was supposed to be then I probably wouldn’t be dealing with the problems I am now. Please take any vehicle you plan to buy from this dealership to a professional for an inspection OR buy the extended warranty.
