I'm a service manager at a small shop wayyyy down in South Mississippi, needing my best friend to come down to spend time and go dress shopping for my wedding in March. When my bestie told me she was hearing some noises, I told her to find a shop to take a look before she chanced the drive to me, because I couldn't be there to see and hear what was going on.

She happened to be driving down the road and passed this place, pulled in, and the gentleman that spoke to her was INCREDIBLE. Not only was his estimate VERY cost effective, he also took the time to ensure that she understood what she was hearing and seeing. I've told her to definitely have her services done here, it's the closest she'll get to my shop without being IN my shop. Thank you, mystery gentleman, for being an honorable and good person. If I ever know somebody travelling through there, I'll be sending them your way.

These guys are great! Had a difficult problem with my 2014 Ford they recommended a trusted engine rebuild shop called Ernst service center ( a few miles away) an without hesitation I went with their recommendation. Had outstanding service with both shops. Now I take all 3 of my vehicles to St Jacob automotive for oil changes, tires and break jobs. My daughter who is away in college will drive the hour back home just for an oil change! Great price and outstanding service! Give Chuck and Brad a call…. Brad gives my dog treats too.

Chuck (owner) & Brad (head mechanic) are amazing! They treat you like family (family they like that is). We females always have to be cautious of automotive shops and I’m here to say this is the one you should choose. Brad always takes excellent care of my car. They guys are nice, break things down to my understanding, and they always go the extra mile for their customers. I mostly go to them for the typical maintenance (tire rotations, oil changes, ect.). I always get a fair price and my car is done quick.
I would HIGHLY recommend Saint Jacob auto for your car needs.

While driving cross country, our truck suddenly made an indistinguishable screeching sound. St. Jacob Automotive was the closest repair shop and we called Brad. Brad was glad to help and spent time driving around the block to replicate the sound. He called the nearest dealership and arrange for our repair. He wouldn’t accept compensation for his time. We are so thankful for his assistance. What was a scary situation for an out of town family with small kids and a dog in tow, was made very manageable by Brad at St. Jacob Automotive.
