John came to our house to look at our dishwasher, advised us of a warranty and saved us a lot of money on repair parts. Came to install the part replacement all within a week of diagnosing, and ordering the part. Great customer service, very professional. Plan to recommend him to anyone with service needs.

Fantastic service - easy to schedule, super knowledgeable. He showed me everything about my washer and was friendly and professional. The fact that the 70$ charge is waived if he has to come back to my house in 90 days instills a lot of confidence in the service. Would highly recommend John and his team 🙂

Our dryer went out on Thursday we called Ace Appliance repair and they came out a few days later and under 20 mins of arrival the dryer was fixed and ready to go. John educated me on how the dryer works. John is very professional and a great guy! Highly recommended and will only call this company for service. Also price was very reasonable as well. I wish I could give 10 stars!

I needed a door gasket replaced on my upright freezer. I submitted an inquiry on the Ace website after hours on a Monday. I got a phone call response at 8:04 AM on the following day. I was scheduled for an appointment on Friday morning between 8:00 and 10:00. Matt, a courteous and knowledgeable technician, arrived EARLY at 7:55 AM, explained every detail of the repair, and had the job completed in under an hour. Fantastic work by both employees I interacted with. Tracy on the phone was very reassuring, seemed to know what she was doing on her end, and professional. Alex the technician who did the work was very easygoing, to the point, and knowledgeable. He encouraged us to get a new machine given the price of our repair instead of trying to sell us on a repair instead. Additionally, we called for repair on Monday and they came on Tuesday. Very nice turnaround time. The people who work at Ace really seem to understand their jobs and what customers are looking for. Highly recommend their services.
