20/10 I could not recommend them more! Everything from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out with the ring was hands down the best customer service experience I have had. I walked in to see this beautiful diamond and emerald band in person after seeing their extensive stock of estate jewelry and was immediately welcomed. Charlotte was so kind, patient, and genuine. Nancy was very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions I had. I was on the fence about buying right then and there as I was only stopping by without the expectation of buying before speaking with my husband, but there was no hiding how in love I was with this band and they did not rush or pressure me. I received the ring much sooner than the expected time for resizing. Nancy wrapped it so I could open it at home with my husband and it was placed in a beautiful white detailed ring box. They truly are remarkable!

The staff was super friendly to me when I just wanted to check on the value of an old watch. They cleaned my wedding ring for free & gave me advice on the condition of the ring (which they are fixing, it's an antique). While waiting, was browsing their amazing estate sale collection. I'm not rich & definitely not a push over, but the next thing you know it I was trying on rings. Am now the owner of a petite diamond & sapphire ring that I fell in love with & which was extremely reasonable. Layaway was an option for payment. Very knowledgeable, non-pushy sales folks who I think actually enjoy their jobs!

This is the best place to do diamond business! We have bought every piece of jewelry and sent many of our 8 kids here over the last 35 years. They are very trustworthy I would trust them with my own checkbook! Very pleasant staff and second to none when it comes to jewelry! Very important part is they don’t try to break the bank account when looking at jewelry! I really like them all!

Engagement ring shopping can be very intimidating for people (especially for me since I am the one paying for it). The staff here at Christopher’s were very supportive and helpful. They listened to exactly what we wanted and showed us exactly what we wanted. It felt like they were here to help rather than make a sale. I am very pleased with my experience with them.

Christopher’s did an amazing job of repairing my wedding ring. Their customer service is outstanding. They encouraged me to stop in every 6 months to have my ring cleaned and checked for wear; even if I didn’t buy it there.
I will definitely make Christopher’s my “Go To” jewelry store!

First off the store is beautiful ! Decked out in Christmas decorations . Quan was a great guy who took care of me, and an ISU alumni so there's that. It was quick and the price was great and the ring was amazing. I will be back.
