Ordered 3 belts from ORB 2 of the belts received were the wrong ones whoever picked the belts from warehouse grabbed the wrong ones.
Informed Tracy of the mistake and the correct belts were shipped out and received.
Nice to deal with a company that promptly takes care of a problem when a mistake is made.
Will be ordering again from ORB.

Huge selection of belts. Quality seems to be legit and the price is fantastic. I placed an order for my father based on the info he gave me. The belts were the wrong size. I called and spoke with Tracy. She easily swapped out the belts and sent me a return label via email so I could send the others back. I've recommended to everyone I know that will need belts.

I bought some belts from Offroad Belts for my snowblower, and one of the belts is a non standard length. They sent the first belt, which was too long, and after talking to to customer service, they immediately sent a replacement belt to hopefully fix my issue - at no additional charge. They are very customer focused and will do anything to satisfy the buyer. Had i dealt with a brick and mortar, I would had spent much time and gas-money to complete this transaction. Do NOT hesitate to buy from them, they will make things right, and had it not been for a non-standard belt size, it would have happened on the first try. Keep up the great work.

I ordered 3 small timing belts on September 4th. Received a confirmation email, stating that most orders are shipped the same day. Two weeks later, (Sept. 18th), I still had received nothing, including an email to update me on the status of my order. I sent an email asking about the order to which the reply was, "Looks like those belts have been back ordered. I will check on an estimated ship time." Then followed by, "They are 30 days from being shipped. If you can go 3mm shorter we could get that on the way out to you." I asked if there was an expedited shipping that I could get for the smaller belts, as I would have to try them, and order the correct size if they didn't work. No response. Today I requested a refund, which is honestly the only good thing I can say about this company. I received the refund promptly. I run a fairly large manufacturing facility, and if I leave a customer hanging for weeks, then tell them they can have the wrong part or wait 30 more days, I'd expect to at least apologize for the inconvenience. Looks like COVID must've gotten rid of your customer service side of the house.

Was given some bad information and ordered the wrong belt size. Emailed ORB and they promptly responded that they would send me the correct belt and issue me a return shipping label to send back the incorrect belt. Wonderful customer service.

Company has been so gratuitous. I have had problems determining which mower belt would fit my mower. They have sent me 3 sets of belts for no additional cost. They agreed to keep sending me out belts till I find one that fits mower properly, and then send me a return label that they are paying for to send the ones back that didn’t fit the mower. I am grateful. Never did I ever think anyone would do anything like this. This would have been very expensive had they not done this. Thx so much ?
