Terrible experience. I brought my jewelry for complimentary cleaning and that’s what I got back. Also they put in in plastic zip lock instead of proper dust bag. Is it luxury brand or some fashion jewelry store? My necklace looks even worse than before, there are stains on silver and dirt (or rust) on chain. Please don’t go to Tiffany in Stanford shopping center, store in SF on market street is so much better

Had the pleasure of working with Zane today to purchase my first piece. The store was well kept, was offered refreshing beverages, and was greeted and treated well by several staff. Easily would go back to them to purchase another piece and Zane was excellent in his communication and conversation.

Kristy Chow helped us today. It was a wonderful experience. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. She communicated transparently and with care. She acted quickly without making us feel rushed. All for a $300 exchange. Highly recommended!

Brought multiple pieces in for cleaning the other day. It took the staff really long to check me in…
And when I went back to pick up my jewelry pieces, they put everything in ONE pouch…………… why would they do that when they know my pieces could possibly be scratched in the pouch especially they are of different materials: silver, gold, diamond, platinum etc.

I have had my jewelry pieces cleaned at other locations where they would show me each piece before bagging them. This location just tossed the pouch to you and have you signed. Ugh

Visited the store to have several items of jewelry cleaned, including my T bangle I got as a wedding gift a few months ago (only worn thrice). Was absolutely shocked when I went to collect it and it was absolutely covered in tiny little holes, the finish completely destroyed! It was beautiful when I left it with them! I asked to speak to the manager Javier, who was unapologetic and said the best he could do was send it to NYC. He did not say sorry and was quite dismissive of our concerns. It was such a terrible feeling being treated the way we were. I'll spend the next week anxiously awaiting the return of my jewellery which has a lot of sentimental value, and then will NEVER return.

We were helped by Judy for the purchase of our wedding bands. She was simply lovely, as was the rest of the staff!

We had been in just one week prior but they didn’t have what we wanted in stock, so they offered to transfer it from another store. It arrived in just a few days and Judy stayed in contact with me the entire time.

They made our special moment just PERFECT. They even served us champagne to celebrate! Thank you so much for being so thoughtful. We are customers for life.
