This store is wonderful. Kind staff and a kid friendly shopping experience. With their tooth fairy money they're able to get soo much more here than at a traditional store. The staff is so accommodating as my kiddos speed through the store asking to have things opened every 3 seconds. They've entertained them so I can shop and even given them little gifts or coupons for free items. Highly recommend.

The manger kept yelling constantly at my two year-old little girl telling her to quit running and being aggressive a few times saying it when she doesn’t know what that means. I told him that I apologize. She doesn’t know what that meant. Gave me an DIRTY Look and said that was on me. Don’t sit hear and tell me to control my kid when she wasn’t doing anything wrong. Clearly if she gets hurt it’s on me it’s my kid. It’s not like she was even running fast. It’s kind of hard to look through the bins and hold a child and on top of it you’re not allowed to bring in a stroller… not a kid friendly place.
Rude and bad customer service. Next time don’t yell at someone’s kid like that. Wow.
Then have The audacity to reply and say you check the cameras and that he just reminded. No, he yelled while Customer stared. won’t be shopping here

This is my daughter and my hotspot for bonding time. This place is a five star plus. The staff is so friendly and awesome especially Chris and the owners Jen and Jesse are amazing. I like how they have rules and they keep to them and has good stuff to choose from. They treat the customers great.

What can I say about Daa Bin Store but I enjoy shopping there. I have found many great deals there that I had been looking at on Amazon. I saved so much cash by going here. The people are friendly and helpful. The live feeds are very insightful as to what is available in the new week.

Absolutely LOVE DaaBin Store Mason City! I’ve found so many awesome things for a fraction of retail cost! But the employees are really what make it fun! The ‘lives’ on FB are so fun to watch and the employees are all just as fun in person! Thanks Jen Ro., Chris, Jen Ra., Jose, Debbie, and Sandy!!
