This is an amendment to my previous review. We ended up taking Tim to small claims court and it was agreed that he would fix the Grandfather clock properly and I would amend my review. Tim did fix the clock on the agreed date so it now runs properly, but unfortunately the parts he ordered for the cosmetic repair did not fit. My husband and I agreed that this was ok since he had previously found a way to rig up the cosmetic part.

We took our cookoo clock to Ursch Clock Repair to be repaied. Tim was professional, knowledgable & had it up and running in a timely manner. During the time he had it, we were updated numerous times about the progress of the repair and received detailed instructions for setting it up once we got it home. We are very satisfied with his service and would recommend him to anyone needing clock repair.

Mr Ursch did a very excellent job in a timely manner on my antique English granddaughter clock. He thoroughly cleaned it, a very painstaking process. This is an experienced gentleman who knows, cares and loves his business. Keep it up Tim. You are needed in this community.

I can't thank Tim Ursch of Ursch Clock repair enough. I called him about my mothers grandfather clock. He explained my options and instead of getting a new movement mother and I wanted him to rebuild it. I explained mother wasn't doing well and I didn't know how much longer she would be with us. I could just tell he understood. He talked about the loss of his son and I thought to myself no parent should have to lay to rest a child.
He would call weekly with an update and I told him we had to call hospice in for mother. Next thing I know he called and had worked on the clock non stop for 2 days. We set up delivery and when mother heard the clock chime for the first time in years her eyes opened and she smiled so big. I couldn't hold back the tears. It had been a very long time since I seen my mother smile. Thank you Mr.Ursch for going above and beyond anyone else would of. Bless you!
You will never know how thankful my entire family is to you.

Tim is an utter fraud and a contemptible thief. You, nor I, have the time to listen to my horror stories of Tim's lies and betrayals. I made several trips from Mt. Vernon, IL to Edwardsville to retrieve clocks whose repair had been paid for but never received. Check with the local police department for a reference. They will virtually laugh when you tell them you are considering Tim.

Mr. Ursch came to my home and refurbished my grandmother clock which had not worked for over a year. He explained what he was doing while I watched. I was impressed with his fine work ethics. My clock is keeping excellent time,,,,,
