I've purchased a number of watches from Exactime, both new and pre-owned. The service has always been fantastic. Last week I purchased a pre-owned Seiko Speedtimer and, as usual, I received an amazing product for a fair price. I highly recommend this small business!

IF YOU ARE A REFERRAL FROM SIMONS, SEND YOUR WATCH TO ROLEX. Negative experience with the owner who was a referral from Simon’s Jewelers in Clayton. Took in a Submariner for a basic service. The watch was returned to me with a large dent on one of the lugs (this was damage not “warranty work”). After speaking with the owner, I took the watch back to his shop a week later. Was told that he “dropped one of the watches he was working on and it missed the mat.” He was confrontational and blamed me for his cash flow problems (I stopped payment on my check until this was sorted out). Came back forty five minutes later and noticed that the lug wasn’t much better. Asked him to revise it at which point he turns to the guy behind the counter, smiles and says “really.” He was put out that I asked him to fix his mistake. If you value your time piece, you might be better served elsewhere. The owner of Exactime showed little regard for my watch and did not handle the situation appropriately. Wish I had paid the extra money and sent it directly to Rolex. Lesson learned.

I needed a clasp replaced on a watch. I came in, and 10 mins and less than $10 later, I was in and out with a new clasp. Also there are a lot of nice watches for sale.

Excellent! Very knowledgeable- so happy to find an expert to care for my antique watches n even found date of my grandfather's railroad pocket watch which is 1903. Also has a nice amount of vintage clocks. Love the sound of clocks ticking and chiming - very relaxing and calming sound.

By far the best watch-repair and store in the St. Louis area. Been there numerous times and the friendly owners have accomplished my absolute confidence. This is my GO TO! I have let them repair many of my watches, bought and sold watches there and it was always a great experience. They are highly experienced, the owner has worked for a renowned Rolex-Store for over 2 decades and is an absolute luminary and expert in his craft. There is nothing they cannot do for you and they always have fair and honest prices. They offer everything your heart desires, from lower range Seiko watches and offbrand/newcomer designer watches to the big brands like Rolex & co. What I really like is, no matter what the price tag says, they treat you the same and offer you the very best service!!

I have had worked done by Exactime previously and they did a great job of getting my mom's mantle clock working again and found a missing part that I needed for my mantle clock. I brought my clock to them again because it was not working correctly and I was told that the person that works on clocks only comes about every month or so and that if I would have them work on the clock it would be about 2 - 3 months before it would be fixed and cost much more than the clock is worth. The receptionist was very kind to be upfront with me and so helpful to explain the situation. I would highly recommend them for helping you with your clock or watch needs.
