I had a necklace that needed to be fixed. The pendant would not fit on the new necklace I had. I took it to San Pedro Jewelry and watch repair and they were amazing. The necklace was fixed in minutes while I browsed the store. Amazing customer service! I would 100% recommend going here! The man working was very nice and I am so happy that I found this place!

Purchased a lovely set of White Gold & Diamond Black Pearl earrings during their grand opening for a great price. My favorite pair now! Walked in with a few items I wanted fixed. Walked out with a rolex! It's beautiful and the cruz's were amazing and both full of knowledge about all the items I needed help with. I had been researching rolexs and I wanted to make a purchase and couldn't believe they actually had a nice selection for me to choose from. San pedro has a great reputation in town.. lots of watches and rings !!!

They are extremely friendly and kind! I called to ask if they would have a pin for my Citizen watch band. When I went in to see them, they ended up having the pin and just gave it to me. I know that it wouldn’t have been a big sale, but I’m also not someone who asks for/expects anything for free, so I was blown away by their kindness. 10/10 would recommend and I will be looking forward to returning the favor by giving them my future business. They epitomize what customer service should be, and I am hopeful to have the opportunity to help their business thrive. Thank you so much for helping me out!

Took in my old Seiko that needed new end piece on the watch band. They said they would search for it and get back to me. Called me in a day or two and said it was obsolete and Seiko customer srvc had no replacement. Told me they would check online and see what they could find. Called back and they had found same watch with band for sale at reasonable price. They got it and repaired my watch, and now I have hard to get spare pieces. Awesome service and great people to deal with, highly recommend them. Won’t be going anywhere else for my needs.

I'm saving the 5 star for when I pick up my items. Very knowledgeable store keeper, some to die for designed made here items. Custom pieces, vision, reasonable. I am excited to return to pick up my personal designs. Pricing is expected, reasonable. They know the gems and stones.

I needed four rings resized and I had old jewelry gold and silver that I wanted to sale. Mrs Cruz spent a lot of time with me explaining and showing the difference in 10k, 14k or 18k gold. I also bought a gold necklace and and felt that I wanted it a few inches longer. They found another chain that was perfect. Ring repair was outstanding. Excellent service. The Cruz's -great people.
