I've been a loyal customer of Dr. Johns for quite some time, always having positive experiences.
However, my recent visit on 10.8.24 at around 10:00 PM was a stark contrast.

While the store was completely empty, I felt a sense of unease due to the employee constantly yelling at the cats, and overly attentive behavior. I was followed throughout the store, which made me uncomfortable and seemed odd especially considering I was the only customer.

When I politely expressed my concern to the employee, their response was both defensive and accusatory. Instead of addressing my discomfort, they became hostile and so I left.

As I waited for the bus back home, across the street, she called the police. I didnt say a word or even look her way as I waited.

Given this experience, I feel compelled to share my disappointment. I will be reconsidering my future purchases at this store and you should to.

The staff was very helpful and informative about all the products. Helpful and friendly. Definitely would recommend. They have all the latest games to gadgets and everything in between.

Does not let under 18 into a clothing store? As if 16 and 17 year old girls don't need underwear too. Ridiculous. Well spend our money somewhere that understands woman's bodies.

The girls who work here are very nice very insightful and very helpful with anything you really are looking for I absolutely love some of the dresses on the wall. I have bought quite a few and I think they're very reasonably priced and they have great sales on the shoes sometimes. They have anything you could want and sometimes they even give you some ideas LOL

Went in there to buy my gf a toy and planned to spend a cpl hundred bucks, there was nobody in the store but the Karen sitting behind the counter who wouldn’t let us get what we needed because we didn’t have mask, however they didn’t have my to give us! I will NEVER spent a dollar in that store or with that company!
