Will never go to this Sally's again. The 2 girls working were absolutely rude! I had my vape in my hand because it was hot outside, and I didn't want to leave it in my car to explode. I was not smoking it. When i walked in the girl behind the counter yelled at me that it is illegal to have a vape out in a store and that I needed to put it in my purse.(I don't do that because the button gets hit and fries my coil.) She was completely rude about it. I have never had anyone at any store ever say anything to me. The other girl working was following me and standing at the end of the aisles staring at me. I felt so uncomfortable I left and wont go back!

The manager Trish is intentional with every client and even asks the customer’s questions to gain more knowledge about what works best for the customerS

Clean , quiet store . Yes, they’re more expensive but I prefer this location due to the quick access and customer service.

I always go to Sally’s beauty supply in wood river Illinois, and I must say that I have always had such a wonderful experience there. The staff members offer valuable knowledge and seriously some of the best customer service I have ever had!! I have worked in sales/customer service my entire life so I know when it’s great! Just wanted to Brag on them because they are all sssooo amazing!!! Keep up the good work you are truly appreciated!!

I always get fast, accurate response to my questions. They respect social distancing/mask wearing. Recently started an option to begin going green on bags :)) wonderful customer service and conversations. 10/10 would recommend.

Since when you use your credit card you have to wait a week for a refund !! I just left the store and realized they gave me the. Wrong product ! That they have behind the counter and they don’t have what I needed so just make sure before you purchase anything from them

I stopped in to get a toner & developer for brassy highlights.. The selection and prices for those items were both pretty good imo ( though i have no other place/prices to compare it to).
The reason for 2 stars is: when i was checking out the clerk asked if Id like to join the beauty club.. She said you'll save money and doesnt take long to sign up. She didn't tell me that it costs money to enroll.. She just added it quietly to my total. Granted its only $5, but I still think she should have told me.
The 2nd reason is I could not find a single mask or serum (facial skin care) that didn't contain either parabens or fragrance or both. That was a let-down.
They do have a huge selection of nail polishes along w every mani/pedi tool & accessory I think one would ever need.
