Such a cute little coffee shop. Great lattes and coffee. They have a bit of everything, from coffee, to sandwiches, and even ice cream. I got a German chocolate breve and it was perfect, not too sweet, packed with flavor. I also grabbed there autumn blend coffee to have tomorrow, the flavors are great. Friendly employees, and relaxed atmosphere.

This was the second time I have stopped for coffee. The first time my mom and I went in after they moved to the new location and the coffee and food was good, but we waited almost 30 minutes to get it. I chalked it up to a new location and possibly new hires, and they were busy.

I stopped again yesterday on my way through, this time at the drive thru. I ordered a Vanilla Sweet Cream iced coffee straight off the menu with no modifications and waited at the window for about 15 minutes before I received it. There was one car parked out front and I was the only car in the drive thru. While the girl at the window did apologize for the wait, it was a ridiculous amount of time to wait for an iced coffee.

When I walked into the welcoming café I was greeted by Barista Tracie and the manager; both with a smile. My drink was made with love and I too like those in the café, and those coming through drive-through, enjoyed my experience.

I went through the drive-thru this morning and ordered a frappe. The lady admitted that she had a hard time hearing me and didn't think to double check what I ordered before I paid for it. The drink tasted horrible and was a waste of money.

Ordered by the drive-thru and paid with a credit card. Next day while checking my card usage and noticed the black-haired girl had added a 20% TIP charge to the bill without my knowledge.
Not very good customer service and bad business practice.
20% TIP for using the drive-thru, NO THANKS!

Update after 10 months. I’m continuing to visit this location about once a month. I always try to greet whoever is working there with a smile and pleasant attitude. For some reason unbeknownst to me, I just get treated like a number with very little eye Contact. The staff has with making eye Contact with customers. It would be nice to have somebody a little more personable.

Excellent Quality of espresso and brewed coffee;smooth, full body, no bitterness, wonderful consistency! Good customer service.

Friendly staff! The caramel cold press was great. The pumpkin bar was delicious as well! Nice, clean atmosphere.
