The two gentlemen there (and their sweet dog) were more than helpful. I came in with a general idea of what I wanted, and they were quick to provide me with many options that fit my taste and desire. They are knowledgable, professional, and more than polite. As much as I wanted to walk out the door with my new beautiful watch, they insisted that they would clean and polish it, and be able to securely ship it back to where I live.
They kept me up to date during the delivery process, and were responsive and very easy to communicate with.
I now have one of the watches of my dreams, all thanks to them.

Alex has a vast connection of dealers and was able to source an essentially flawless 2023 Rolex down to the dial I wanted in 3 weeks. He found an AP I wanted in 1 week, and it was also essentially in unworn condition.

He said they "underpromise, but overdeliver", and it could not be more true. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with them. They helped me downsize my collection and gave me prices that exceeded my expectations on my used pieces as well.
