Very disappointed, I chose to go to roadrunner rather than the flying j across the street. I was going wash my laundry, shower, and grab a bit to eat, so 50 to 70 dollars worth of business. I asked the cashier for change to do the laundry and she replied that she could only give me 4.00 worth. After I told her each washer and dryer is 2.75 she just replied sorry that's the rules. Then I was told that the manager was gone for the day. I was under the impression that truck stops where to help the truckers, apparently not roadrangers so I won't be stopping at any roadrangers.

I was contacted by a district manager and was assured that this issue had been addressed. Stopped by same roadranger to see if things had changed and was very pleased to see that yes things had changed and change was being handed out.

This is an old Pilot, showers were small but with great consistent water pressure and temperature. Store has a Subway but has limited hours. The in-house diner was excellent but is closing on 08/26/22 and no replacement has been selected. The parking lot is good and had parking into the evening.

DO NOT BUY FUEL HERE!!!!!! the staff was great and the manager was very understanding when I called to find out why Road Ranger feels that it is appropriate to take $175 and hold it for up to three days just to cover a $30 fuel purchase. Until Road Ranger updates their system someplace into the 21st century you would be wise to avoid it.

Went in at 7 am for coffee there was NONE smart att cashiers I left and will fuel were I can get coffee. Only

They get 1 star because there is parking here. Closed restaurant and put in a subway and fuel is highest in the area. Very disappointing stopping here.

The cashier appeared to still be living in his mom's basement. Not only did he lock the company card but for a $20 purchase that I made inside BEFOREEEEE pumping has put a $200 hold. When I asked why since a previous determined amount was bought, I was not welcomed with a positive response. We were there for over an hour attempting to just get diesel/DEF and with him locking the card it caused so many issues. The lack of concern and the "oh well" attitude has ensured loss of my business.

Zero stars the only reason there is a star because it would let me post unless i put a star atleast. This place screwed me out of money because they charged my card 84 dollars for gas and now my account went negative. I only got 15 dollars of gas. Now my bank is going to charge me a fee. I called their corporate office they told me to call the location then the location told me I had to call my bank. Stupid people and no customer service.
