Every time I come here I leave feeling talked down to. I’m relatively new to watch collecting and have had a couple watches evaluated here and one serviced, and am honestly upset that I gave this business my time and money. There are other places to buy and have service done in Denver, I would recommend you try them first.

So, I brought my Longines chronograph into the shop to get the bracelet resized. I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes and paid $15. A week later, I brought my Tudor Black Bay in to get resized and it was $25. What’s with the difference in price? Same amount of links were taken from both watches so why was it more $ to get the Tudor adjusted?

Got my forever bracelet from Right Time Watches this weekend. I absolutely love it! Victoria did an amazing job. She was gentle with me and extremely knowledgeable about her passion of fine jewelry. I’ve been wanting a forever bracket for almost a year. I’m so happy I decided to get mine done here. Most other companies use gold plated chains. Their company offered pure gold or white gold. Thank you again, Victoria! I will be telling anyone who listens to stop by for their forever jewelry!

Great little shop! Called 30 minutes before closing; inquired about a battery change. Arrived 10 minutes later. They changed the battery, set the time, and even replaced the clasp on another watch. Total cost for both jobs: 20 bucks! Another shop up North charged $25 for a single battery charge. I recommend this friendly little watch shop!

Great selection, fair prices, and friendly service. I was in Denver for a few days and stopped in to see what they had in stock. I ended up buying a new Seiko to add to my collection. I'm lucky I'm not local or I'd likely end up spending a lot of money here.

$20 for a battery replacement. In and out in 15 mins. Very friendly. They said they used Energizer battery for the replacement.

This is a great family run business, and they have a very cool selection of watches in the show room. It’s a fun place to go and look around, and to buy and trade watches I’m sure, and a great place for service. My review will outline my experience, and mention some of what I read in other reviews.

I trusted them with a repair of a vintage Glycine Airman SST watch, which has huge sentimental value to me. This was hard for me. They got the repairs and service done very quickly. It was a little longer than first estimated, but totally normal – I’m not known for patience, and was happy.

The watch looks great, and they got it wearable. I tiffed with the owner on what kind of second hand they would use since originals are not available, and I should have not even done that because he picked an AWESOME one, and it’s way better than what I was thinking. It’s freaking perfect to me, given original was not an option. I called the next day because the watch was making a weird noise, and not hacking, they told me to bring it back, they were polite about it, and they were ready to help. The full story is – they told me about the noise, I checked with my watch guy who didn’t see the watch, and we thought it was wrong. My watch guy emailed me later after I sent videos, and he said it’s most likely what they said it was. I feel stupid now, because I made a stink and was in the wrong aside from the hacking, but that’s not a deal breaker. This shop treated me well, did a great job, and they did it under budget, but that could have been over depending on what each watch needs. I was able to get a cool nato strap too . From the parts, they replaced a set bridge and got the quick set date working, which is sometimes hard because they are not quality mechanisms. Basicly, these guys know what they are doing….and the only thing I’m going to bring it back for is to see if they can get the hacking mechanism to work. It’s keeping great time.

Addressing other reviews, I did find the owner “Direct” not “rude” as quoted in other reviews. He tells you how it is, and he is an expert in the trade. It’s not a common trade. Finding a good watch maker is not easy, and it’s not easy to learn or teach it to people. Also, people who complain about watch batteries increasing in price, come on…what’s stayed the same price. Even if the batteries went down their rent went up. sucks because a good family run business has a 4 vs 5 star review they deserve. All I can say is I’m smiling wearing my dad’s watch and I’ll give them more business. Dropping another vintage watch off soon to them.
