We used them for my wedding on 5/18/2019 and couldn't have been more pleased! The tent was beautiful, they hung the string cafe lights exactly as I asked, the gold chivari chairs were beautiful, and the dance floor was awesome! They delivered it, set it up, and came back after the wedding to take it all down. It saved us a huge hassle. Kala was very helpful when I placed my order over the phone--she recommended the tent size I would need and also helped me on deciding which color chair I should choose. Everything was perfect and much more reasonably priced than other rentals in Arkansas. We did have a delivery fee since we are 2 and a 1/2 hours from Jonesboro, but that's to be expected.

As our US economy crumbles before our very eyes, it brings down with it, the lack of work ethic!!! Employers struggle to keep their businesses afloat when employees think it's OK to be late, don't show up, quit at a moment's notice, and are basically lazy & undependable!!! Most do the best they can with what they have, and I think that is the case with Artents, who had hired someone to be in the office when the owner could not be, however, the employee quit and when I came to pay for our rented tent ahead of time, no one was "minding the store"!!! Another client came by while I was waiting, and had tried a few times to reach someone, but, to no avail!!! Not the employers fault...we were pleasantly pleased with the huge tent we rented for our Camp Meeting/TENT Revival!!! The set up, the 4 days of usage, which turned into 7 days due to weather forecast (at no additional charge), the take down, the quality of the tent, the price...We were well pleased with all these!!! And we would book again, only next time, schedule an exact time to take the money to them, and do our part to be there at the scheduled time!!!

We have used Artents for a number of events over the last several years and have found them to be professional and courteous. Our son and daughter-in-law's wedding was beautiful; from the draping and chandeliers on the ceiling to the seating and tables that accomodated 200. It was put up in a timely manner and looked well maintained. They were more than happy to make any necessary changes and were easy to contact. In addition to the wedding, we have also used Artents for tailgate parties and family picnics. I would recommend them for any event you want done right! 🙂

I attended the Turner-Markum wedding this Saturday and was appalled at the product delivered by Artents!!!

It honestly looked like people had been executed while standing against the tent walls due to dark red stains in bizarre patterns.

In addition, all of the tables and chairs delivered were dirty/muddy and had to be cleaned before they could be used. Some of the tent walls were put up in front of the poles to hide them, while others were put up behind them and left them exposed. The "white" wooden boards holding up the sides of the tents had paint flaked off all over them instead of being crisply painted white.

I believe the Turners should get at least a partial refund, if not a full refund. I can't believe a reputable company would charge so much and deliver such a hugely substandard product!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!
