Rude and unprofessional with subpar work. Roof leaked, siding bowed and had gaps, cement work was defective and inferior workmanship. Just out for a quick buck. Complete nightmare that lasted over 3 years!

I needed a new roof due to weather damage and I new I was going to have a fight on my hands with my homeowners insurance company. Based on high recommendations from my trusted contractor, I chose Mullanack Builders for my roof. 5 Years ago the rood was done poorly, the plywood used was not to code, lack of ventilation, wrapped and rotted wood. Mullanack came in with a project manager and worked with my insurance company to get the approval, they were quick in scheduling the job, highly professional, and addressed every concern I had. They were very meticulous and followed up on every small detail. I could not be any more happier and I have gotten much great feedback from my neighbors on their work. As anal as I am about quality and workmanship, I have the highest standards, having done a roofing job myself in the past, I highly recommend Mullanack Builders, I trust them, and I will use them for my new siding, gutters, and other projects that I have. I cannot say enough about this organization and the great people working for them!!

This company does not finish thier work. Came almost everyday during a storm to get our business after a storm. Got a check for new roof downspouts window casings and siding. All they have done is siding got paid up front never have came to finish the rest after multiple phone calls do not recommend

Lousy half finished work. Look elsewhere. Workers installed my sink over top of my furnace vent. Sloppy and waste of money. One of their own workers admitted the boss left us with cracked floor beam because he didn't want to spend the money. Plus driving while barred...? Ha ha no thanks.

Jason from Mullanack Builders did an initial inspection on my Uncle's roof. He got the roof approved for wind damage through the insurance company. The crew came to do the roof and did an exceptional job. They were very friendly and efficient. They also did a great job on the clean-up. I would highly recommend Mullanack Builders

Horrible. They put a roof on in November and left the leftover materials in my yard. Also broke the light on my garage. Did siding in January, left my driveway full of nails, trampled and broke lawn decorations, didn't bother asking for anything to be moved. Finished siding and never reinstalled gutters and downspouts. When they finally came back and put the downspouts back on, they just ran them straight down. One from the corner of the overhang. Not back along the wall like it was. Here it is March. Nothing finished. Gutters the same. Garage light still broken. Roofing materials still in the yard, nails all over the driveway and in the yard. Metal brackets all over the yard. Will not come back and clean up their mess. Ignores my messages and calls. I would give zero stars if I could.

Horrible business ethics, rude as all get out.

Stay very clear of this company. If you can call it that.

Update: Six months later and they still haven't finished the roof, siding, or repaired any of the damage they caused (gutters still not reinstalled, garage light still broken).

The process was easy and painless. We met with the contractor and his bid rep and went over what we wanted and the details. We agreed on a price and start date. Mother Nature messed with the start date but the crew and owner got after it. The results are excellent and exactly what I was looking for. The new garage is 28 x 34 and perfect. They kept me updated on progress and even was able to match the siding to which was a big deal but they had no problems finding it I recommend this company for any one.
