I would like to thank Lauren and her sales team. I walked into the dealership after seeing a 2025 Grand Design 24BHX online. I already knew the price was right and this was the one I wanted. Lauren didn't stop there, she went over everything and what set Grand Design apart from the rest. Josh gave me a tour of the whole camper while Lauren told me everything about it. We went inside and put the deal together and the finance guy was on top of his game. Altogether it was a great experience and I was in and out in about 2 hours. It was later in the week and Lauren made sure I got my camper by that Friday. Excellent product knowledge, price, financing, and customer service. Don't waste your time going anywhere else, I shopped and shopped and shopped and then I found them on RV Trader and that was it! I would recommend them and they will have my business from now on! This Blue Compass team is an absolute pleasure to work with! Our sales representative (Joshua) listens to the likes and dislikes of his customers. On our first visit, he patiently worked with us as we looked at various floors plans while knowing that we had intentions of purchasing that day. RV Steve & also Lauren Whitten the sales manager were wonderful at answering our questions and helping us make a good decision! They sent us a video of exactly what we were looking to buy!! We found the BEST travel trailer for recreation and it was perfectly cleaned and detailed!!!
