The staff at Revell is always welcoming. Hey have so much experience and knowledge. I brought in gold jewelry and we did an exchange fur work done on two rings one of which was my Mother’s wedding ring. They gave me a fair price for my gold and the rings they repaired are beautiful!! I wish I had taken before and after pictures.

I like to work with Nancy. She is very considerate of my thoughts for design. This last piece I had made went through 4 idea changes before I felt it was what i wanted. I had odds and ends of old gold pieces to put towards the cost and felt I received fair compensation for the lot. I had several family diamonds to place in my ring. They were not large or fancy, but I was always treated with respect. I love my new ring. It is a simple and beautiful piece just as I wanted.

Kimberly was so helpful when I brought in my grandmother’s antique vintage ring to be repaired. I ended up having James remake the entire ring! The new ring looks EXACTLY like my antique ring and I am so happy with it! Great customer service and master craftsmanship. Thank you so much!

Highly recommend Revell Jewelers. I needed to resize my old wedding bands. Jeff was friendly, listened to my concerns and recommended options. My rings now fit perfect and they sparkle. Also, Jeff fixed my charm that kept falling off my bracelet. The ladies are sweet and friendly as well. I will definitely return and refer my friends and family to the store. Revell Jewelers redesigned my wedding ring into a 3 stone anniversary ring with a hinge so it is easy to put on and take off. They worked with me on several designs until I was totally satisfied and even 3D printed a model just to make sure. The finished product is beautiful and I couldn’t be more pleased. I only trust one jeweler in the Quad cities to do my work. This ring was my mother’s Wedding band she passed away in 2007 and I have had it in my jewelry drawer for 17 years. I go to this jewelry store for everything from new to creating jewelry from scratch and repairing jewelry when needed. They are the best and they can do most everything without sending it out and their prices are so very fair.! Very friendly and great customer service!!!
