Seem to lack the proper knowledge and care after transplanting trees. Unfortunately, when they pass along that incorrect information, they do not need to be held accountable because they offer no warranty on their trees. We knew that going in but we also expected accurate care information. After consulting a well known nursery, we discovered it was planted too late and the care instructions were way off. We had been emailing them the last 3 months in a desperate attempt to save the tree but it really had no chance after they did everything wrong to begin with. No surprise we were ignored after they saw pics of the dead tree. But they have the $975 we spent and now we’ve spent almost another $1000 for removal and replacement. Don’t make our costly mistake. Find a place that offers a warranty because this place knows they can give bad advice and have no skin in the game. A place with a warranty will care.
