I truly cannot say enough good things about these people! So helpful and knowledgeable. They really know their stuff and stand behind their quality work.
I have taken several watches in for a new battery and recently had a very expensive watch completely overhauled. They did an amazing job!

Had a couple Fossil watches I wanted to salvage. Thought they both just needed battery replacements but he found an issue with the clasp I forgot about and found a part to fix that too. Watches now work beautifully! Amazing and professional service. Incredibly knowledgeable and wonderful people who are truly experts with time pieces. They also sell Seiko watches and customizable watch options. I will happily support this local treasure in the future!

Took me a bit of time to write this due to being so busy with work, but these folks were super helpful! They were understanding to the fact that I am an OTR Trucker and needed the watch fixed within a certain timeframe. They were incredibly reasonably priced and super friendly! My watch battery died so I'll be back soon once I'm home.

The watch repair guy was informative. We waited while watch being fixed. Not as fond of the receptionist, she let us know our band could not be fixed and the watchman said It could be done. The store is hiding a bit and needs a bit of colorful advertisement to be seen from a car.

Wonderful place to go to for work on your watch. I dropped mine off with Mr. Bentley himself, and he was super nice knowledgable. He took one look at my watch and knew it was a specialty brand that would need a little extra work...
Was able to come and grab it the next day and it was fixed and working like a charm.
An awesome family owned business, kind and friendly staff, will definitely be going back and would recommend!
