I have a very old Seiko kinetic watch that was beginning to have issues. Seiko no longer makes kinetic watches anymore and the parts mine needed are showing back ordered. Tried several shops but to no avail. Came here by recommendation and found the staff to be courteous and knowledgeable. I eventually traded in my Seiko for a Citizen. Would definitely recommend anyone to come here first for repairs or to get another watch.

New to the city. Had a retirement watch that had the hands a bit off of telling the time correctly. Dropped it off and got a quote right away. Very reasonably priced. 36 hours later, watch was fixed. Tech explained what he did and a couple of extras he did to insure a long life. Bill was the initial quote plus tax. Will be my go-to place for watch repair. And when the time comes for the grandfather clock we have, they'll be making the house call.
Glad to have made new friends with them.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this shop to anyone. I dropped off a clock for a minor repair in mid April and was told 8-12 weeks. I came back to the shop 14 weeks later, after not receiving a call and was told it should have been18-20 weeks. I waited and after 6 months went back today and was told they hadn’t gotten to it yet - but if I could wait two more weeks, they would try and get it done. I took my clock and left to find a new shop. This shop is not somewhere to trust with your antique or vintage clocks.

I have a 110 year old Seth Thomas Crystal Cathedral clock that was given to my father on his day of birth. (You'll know it has the lion on top!) After the 2024 cleaning and tune up I have it now accurately reproducing 2-3 SECOND accuracy! REALLY! Absolutely amazing and consistent chime synchronization. Not happy. His employee stole my cousin's 18K pocket watch and an 18k pocket watch case that I had brought in in case one of the three pocket watches were unrepairable and I could buy a new movement. He said he would replace both but still hasn't. Hoped that I would forget. Not happening!!! Shame on him and his Ex-employee! Horrible experience!

I brought in a recently purchased rare vintage Credor watch that had an integrated mesh bracelet that needed cut to size for my wrist. Due to its age and subjected conditions near salt water conditions of Japan, the buckles were rusted on and the screws disintegrated when unscrewing attempting to remove the buckles.

The amazingly talented and patient watchmaker gladly took on the challenge of painstakingly removing the buckles with a long oil soak to loosen the rust from the buckles, drilled out the existing screws, re-tapped the buckles for new custom-made screws machined in-house, and took the liberty of patiently cutting the bracelet to size taking special care to not cut too much off.

Having access to a watchmaker who was willing to help this Credor watch find a new life on my wrist brought me such extreme joy and satisfaction. The support staff at Watch Clock Junction are very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and most of all watch nerds just like me. I'm looking forward to coming back for a vintage watch purchase very soon and making Watch Clock Junction my new home for all my watch servicing needs!
