I've had watches repaired here before and never had a problem but today was different . I came to the shop to have batteries replaced in 3 watches. I was told the cost would be $30 ea. $90 total . I left them there and came back to pick them up . The watches were all working but I was then told the price was $35ea. $105 total ! Needless to say I was very upset I left without disputing the change in price which is my fault . I didn't want to do or say something I would regret . Lesson learned ? I learned that I will not do business with this snake again and I advise you to do the same.

My friend and I went in to get our watches adjusted, and he did the job! We went to a different watch repair place and they couldn’t adjust my friends watch, and they said there was no way on adjusting mine either, so we came to this place, the guy was so sweet, adjusted both of our watches, pretty quick too! The pricing is very fair for what he works on! My watch wasn’t working either, so the place we went to before they changed out my battery and had mentioned that the battery I had in before exploded, my watch started working again, but later on it stopped, so I went back to this location, and the same guy cleaned out the battery acid that was leaked in and now it’s back and better than ever! 10/10 recommend this place! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I am a collector of cuckoo clocks and have visited many clock shops and there is no man that I would trust more to work on any of my antique clocks than Arthur. He is an expert in repair and restoration. He makes custom jewlery too so amazing! Thank you again. Phil from keymasters..

Artur has zero customer service skills, flat out rude, and hates the internet. Avoid at all costs or he will make you regret ever being a patron at his shop.

Arthur is a rare find - he is a master craftsman with watches, jewelry, and clocks. He has at dozens of cuckoo clocks, 400-day clocks, pocket watches, watch bands, - it’s an amazing place. He adjusted my watch band in a few minutes and it fit great. He also fixes toys, and other seemingly unfixable items. Go see him - you’ll be impressed.

I brought in a mechanical watch to have adjusted as it was running very fast. He adjusted it but after a couple days it was evident that he had made it worse. I took it back to have him look again but he was furious that I had the gall to tell him it still wasn’t working and he claimed it was somehow my fault and he refused to take another look. He clearly struggles socially and is extremely poor at communicating. I since brought the watch to a real repair shop in Chicago and it has been working great since then.
