Any kind of work these guys have ever done for me in the past has always been on watches, I apologize that I can't get into detail about any other jewelry.

Whether having links removed, new battery or a cleaning/polishing; these guys do reliable & quality work here.

Rates have gone up over the years but anytime I need something done with one of my watches, Fast-Fix always comes to mind.

Keep up the great work and hopefully they'll still he around after Hawthorn 2.0 launches.

This was nothing short of a 5 star experience.

I brought my designer eyewear here, just curiously asking to see if they fix eyewear. And the gentleman gave it a quick look and got to work!! As I watched one of the men diligently repair my glasses, I saw another patiently and quickly tending to the other customers.

I really could not believe how quickly they repaired them! And flawlessly done, you would have never guessed anything was wrong with them!

After 20 years of outstanding service, I took my father's ring to have a diamond put back in the ring. Jeweler decided to buff out the design out of the ring. A 50 year old ring was destroyed. Called to ask why and was told I would have to bring it in to review. Visited today, and the jeweler never apologized for removing the design that was made 50 years ago. Instead, he said some of the design wasn't there admitting he saw it before removing it. He said he didn't have a way to put the design back as it was factory done. Again, he never apologized or stated he removed the ring design. After 20 years, we will never return. A good business admits their mistakes and apologizes for their mistakes. So if you have sentimental jewelry, don't go here.

BUYER BEWARE! My son brought his gold chain here to be fixed and was charged $37 to fix it. Came home and it broke the next day. He returned to get his money back and the owner said he would not refund the money and would fix it again but could not guarantee it would not break again. Completely unacceptable not to provide a refund.

Had to get a gold ring with diamonds resized another jewelry store in the mall wanted to charge me $350 and would would’ve been a week or two this place charged me $160 and took two hours and they made the ring look like it was brand new. They put polish on it and cleaned it and made it look beautiful again. I will be going here from now on
