I thought I knew what I wanted when I first got there, but nothing was working like how I thought it would. Veronica told me she had some ideas she wanted to try. The first ring she picked out was the one for me!! She nailed it right away! She gave me the ring and my jaw dropped! It was perfect!! It was exactly what I wanted, but I just didn’t know it yet. She had a true vision when it comes to designing/picking out the perfect ring!!

Lynne provided excellent customer service and was great at providing knowledgeable information on the repair of my engagement set. She was very attentive to my jewelry interests, took extensive time to show me items, and was not pushy about sales. She helped me create a wishlist and even offered to send me photos of choices. I was initially drawn to Rolland’s due to their in-house repairs, as I prefer to not have my jewelry sent in the mail for 3rd party repairs, but the attention and knowledgeable staff will keep me coming back.

We had just really started our wedding planning so we decided to walk in to this fine establishment during our stroll, upon walking in we were warmly welcomed by Ian. A heartfelt Thank You for Veronica at Rolland’s jewelers.

This past September, my family in France faced a profound tragedy, particularly my only sister.
I found myself in a difficult position: with only 2 and a half weeks to create five meaningful necklaces as gifts for my family, using our grandmother’s pearls as a symbol of solace and love.
Having previously used this local jewelry designer for repairs with satisfaction, Veronica was assigned to take care of me. I explained the urgency of the situation and the emotional circumstances surrounding my request.
From the moment I spoke to Veronica, I was met with nothing but genuine kindness, compassion and understanding.
Despite the tight timeline, Veronica worked tirelessly to design each necklace to my exact specifications, using varying amounts of pearls and chains. She went above and beyond to source the necessary components on special order, all while keeping me updated every step of the way.
There were moments of uncertainty until the very last day. We didn’t know if she could even complete a single necklace in time.
Veronica never gave up. She poured all her effort and creativity into making sure I had 5 necklaces ready, even managing to call me just a day before my flight to pick them up.
I cannot express how much Veronica’s dedication, professionalism and personal care have meant to me during this difficult time. She is an extraordinary person. I will forever be grateful for everything she did.
Rolland’s jewelers is incredibly lucky to have such a dedicated and compassionate staff member.
