I got my wife’s wedding rings soldered together here. They did a good job and it wasn’t too expensive. They communicated regularly and it was finished on time. Staff were nice. No complaints.

At least one person on staff here is either incompetent or dishonest.
My father recently passed away and my family asked me to get the value of my mother's vintage engagement ring (my mother passed away some years ago).
The woman here told me the ring was fake; that it was maisonette, a cheaper gemstone, and she didn't know anyone who would buy it.
I told her that 2 other jewelers had already confirmed to me that it was real and had given me a value ( I was just trying to get a few different comparisons). Besides, I knew what it was, it was my mother's engagement ring from 1956.
And just to be sure, my brother took it to a fourth jeweler just to verify, and yes, it is a real diamond.
So what am I to think? Did Freeman Jewelers profile me, thinking I was trying to sell a stolen ring? Or did she really not know what a real diamond looks like?
Either way, I will not be doing business with Freeman. In my view, they are unprofessional and incompetent.

Huge selection, high quality jewelery, and top notch customer service. I see why they've been the premiere jewelers in the lehigh valley for over a century. I brought in a very thick chain to see if it could be repaired. Not only was the jeweler able to repair the damage, now I can't even tell where the damage was. Make sure to check out the estate collection, it's loaded with great deals!!

I have gone to Freeman Jewelers for years because of the quality of the merchandise, decent prices, and estate sale jewelry. It is difficult to find sales people who don't constantly pressure you into buying...make sure you ask for Lori Schneider...she is the best! Lori listens to what you want, makes excellent recommendations, and never steers you wrong. I wouldn't buy from anyone else!!

DO NOT GO HERE!! My ring was there over a month and looks horrible. Stone is loose a diamond was missing when I went to pick it up. The jeweler is beyond rude and refused to give me a discount or refund. A business shouldn’t be run like this.

My husband and I went with our future son -in -law to help pick out an engagement ring for our daughter. Lori S. Was PHENOMENAL! She was non-judgmental, not pushy, patient, and super supportive! The Jeweler was there as well and he was friendly and fun to talk to! Our other daughters boyfriend said he will definitely come here when he is ready to pop the question ! My husband and I are eyeing up a diamond band too. Our family is hooked with Freemans!!
