Nightmare experience! I dropped my clock off at the beginning of December 2023, he said he was behind and it would take 2-3 months. I hadn’t heard from him, so I stopped in February to check on the clock and he said it would be a few more weeks. 3 weeks went by, I stopped in March and he said he should be getting to the December clocks in the next few weeks. 4 weeks later I still didn’t hear anything, I stopped again (April) and he said he would have the quote done in a few weeks. Needless to say 4 more weeks later at the beginning of May and I hadn’t heard anything. I stopped in and he had the quote done, but never called me to let me know. He quoted $265 to fix it. I took the clock and left. I took the clock up to Flora, IN and he had it fixed within a week. New Pendulum and key was all it needed $87.50. Total. The clock has ran great since I’ve gotten it back from them. I would not recommend Wabash watch and clock repair to anyone. Worst customer service of any place I’ve ever dealt with. Not once did he ever say he was sorry for the 5 months he had the clock and did nothing. When I asked him why he didn’t call me after he got the quote done he just shrugged his shoulders and said I don’t know. If I could give zero stars I would, but it makes you at least give 1 star.

A+++ I can't speak of this company highly enough. He got our clock fixed and running like new after it suffered a 6' fall off the wall. Thank you very much! We will be back to buy a clock in the near future.

They will take a quick look at what you're bringing in for repair or maintenance, they will give you a rough quote on what it'll cost for it to be done and they will call you when the job is done. Very knowledgeable and answers any questions, you may have. They're currently working on a 2nd cuckoo clock I've take in for repairs.

Was worried when a family clock heirloom stopped working. The company assured me all it needed was service and some love. Got it back a few weeks later and they even offered the best way to transport (see seatbelt pic). Now, I’m reminiscing every time I hear it chime.

We moved my parents Grandfather clock and could not figure out where one piece went. Took it down there and he knew right away. We were able to assemble it with his guidance at no charge. Will definitely use them in the future!

A very friendly guy. My "dancers" chain came off in shipping, I saw his sign when I was driving by and thought I'd give him a try, especially since we need to use family stores like this one. Took my clock in, he had it fixed in 10 minutes! The only complaint I have is he wouldn't take a dime...I couldn't even buy his lunch!

Took my seth thomas regulator wall clock into John to repair.
He is a genius and a true horologist when it comes to the seth thomas 41 movements! John
Installed new bushings, new power mainspring,cleaned,reoiled and regulated time on the movement
Clock is very very accurate now, compared it against atomic clock and hasn’t varied off mark since.
Clock has been in my family since i think 1947 and is more accurate now than ever thanks to John’s knowledge and superb abilities. This clock just passed 116 years old and john has gave it another 120 years. Thats my opinion and i stand by it!
He is professional in his work and honest in his business.

I took a wristwatch in to have bracelet end links installed. After picking it up, it has damage to both sides of the bezel where it's apparent a vise or pliers were used. Expensive part will need to be replaced.
