Everyone there is amazing. Friendly, kind. Exceptional customer service. The problem here is the owner who fires experienced employees unexpectedly so they can hire their non experienced family members instead. I'd recommend shopping at the other two jewelers next door.

Been a customer for over 5 years, once the Elizabethtown Branch closed. I’m expected to drive almost 3 hours away or pay for shipping myself to do cleanings to keep warranty. Terrible customer service and extremely inconvenient

I bought my now wife's engagement ring and our bands here. The people here are so nice! Shirley is a rock star! We stopped in this weekend to get my band downsized a bit. The jeweler was amazing. He explained everything he was going to do and was meticulous. My ring has an etched band running around it so it was not a simple resizing. I was thoroughly impressed and appreciated the attention and kindness they showed me. I live in Indy but will come down to by future jewelry here!
