Walked into the store to buy some coins after coming back from the ANA. Drove 20 minutes out of the way to walk in and have the guy say he is just an employee and the boss is in Chicago and he cannot sell any coins. Was a complete waste of time, go down the street to a different coin shop. If your time is valuable, don’t waste it here.

This place is awesome. Arthur and team are very knowledgeable on jewelry, coins, stamps, and more. I had them repair a couple of bracelets and they did a great job. They have some modern jewelry but I really like the vintage jewelry that they have there.

The old man is beyond rude, talking down about a ring I got all because I purchased online, without even looking at it, knowing that made him hate it. Kept saying " he doesn't know how things work now days and skipping questions I asked". Place is outdated, I asked a question 3 times and didn't get an answer because he was so concerned I didn't purchase in a store, I ended up leaving. It was the first ring I ever purchased as an engagement ring and had a couple questions about re sizing and stuff. I would recommend literally anywhere else but here if you have questions about something you don't know. If you do go, don't say you bought the jewelry from an online website, he might have an annurism. Would do zero stars if I could. Originally I was excited and happy when I showed up to my local jewelry shop, by the end of it I left with the guy telling me I got ripped off when I didn't ask for his opinion about the quality, I was happy with what it was for the price I got it at, but he made sure I knew that it was not up to his standards. Never asked him that, asked about a certificate because I lost the original, he was zero help. The last few reviews are all about him being rude, I'm sure he'll reply to this with a nice excuse as to why he was rude that day. What a joke. Completely ruined my experience and took the joy out of something I was very excited about, I'm just glad my fiance wasn't there for him to ruin it for her as well, she adores the ring. This is the first negative review I've ever left someone, and it's well deserved.

Unfortunately I will no longer recommend this location. Received a call from Arthur asking me to drive an hour to look at his stuff said he had great bargains and great inventory.

Upon arrival it was the same old lower graded common notes. I figured I’d still buy a few items. After looking at some stuff everything was over priced by at least 20%

I still offered to buy a couple items for about $800 asked if he would come down on price since he mentioned bargains.

His response was “time is money and you have wasted some of mine today, f you want the two notes the price is firm” then continues to say “I had people spend 5-30,000 with me in minutes and your bargaining over hundreds”

Mind you last time I was in his shop I spent 5,800. And I have sent 6 other people in who all spent 2-8,000 each.

Unfortunately I’ll no longer do business with arther and I won’t recommend him either.

When someone calls me and tell me they have new great incubatory with great bargains I expect at least 1 or the other.

Unfortunately not a good shop..

Great classic coin shop. I called ahead to let them know what I was looking for and when I got there Arthur was ready to talk Dimes and showed me many offerings. I left holding a wonderful gift for my daughter's birthday. I plan to do business there again soon.

Arthur was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was just trying to get a rough estimate as to what he would pay for a sizable collection of bullion compared to other shops I had gone to today, and he was the only one who tried playing this car salesmanship BS. I just walked out. I would not recommend this guy to anybody.
