RA Time Capsule is a great find! True old timey service from a knowledgeable and experienced watch smith. I had a wristwatch band clasp repaired and battery replaced. They did a great custom job at an excellent price, and the work was performed in a timely manner. Finding a reputable business like this makes me wish I had more time pieces to have worked on! Thank you. (And he's a Jeep guy, like me!)

Took a vintage Doxa gold watch there to be restored, an item that I'd like to leave to my son. The finished product was beyond my expectations. Excellent work, took a little while to get done but worth the wait!

I've had the good fortune to know the proprietor personally for over 40yrs. We attended school together. Even then it was obvious that he was a gifted genius whose talent would one day yeild a unique vision. Over the years RA Time has come to represent a culmination of the proprietor, his wonderful wife and their combined effort to provide the area with unrivaled service that few can provide. They are routinely entrusted with the restoration of priceless family heirlooms. Speaking of time, over the span of all these years I've never heard anything but positive remarks from so many satisfied customers. Of course, among thousands of happy customers who are over the moon with perfection. There's always one miserable disinter who cannot see the stars because their telescope is busted. Thanks ?

Drove 15 minutes from my house to this place specifically because of the good reviews. All I needed was a battery changed in my favorite watch. Hours online said open 10-5pm. Hours on the door said 10-5pm. Pull into parking lot at 4:10 pm and light are off and shop is locked up. As I’m pulling away I see someone behind the shop. I walk around back and meet the owner. He’s sitting on a lawn chair smoking a pack of cigarettes. I tell him I just need a battery changed. He tells me he’s closed for the day and come back on Thursday... with that kind of customer service I wouldn’t let him work on a Timex, let alone my dive watch.

Took my $375, stripped and reassembled the watch and it ran as bad as when I sent it. Real bummer. All talk and BS work. Don't waste your hard earned money. He never offered to make it right. You have to pay him in a way where there is no recourse. Hate to leave a bad review for anyone, but guy is not honorable.

Great service. Obviously loves what he does and went above and beyond to restore the vintage watch I took to him so it was like new. He's busy so allow plenty of time for the repair.

Never open when they say they are, wont answer the phone so you can see if they are open before driving clear out there, then lie when I finally call and they say they are open until 3 today, only to stop at 230 and they are closed! Not worth the hassle to repair a watch! I will look elsewhere from now on!

Took an antique clock (pre-1900) here when it stopped working several years ago and received great service. Clock was fixed, cleaned and returned in several weeks running better than it ever has.
