Louie’s was incredibly easy to work with in providing rentals for my recent wedding. They also went the extra mile and accommodated folks that were coming in from out of town. They made sure the people who were doing a late pickup had extra sizes available when doing their final pickup, ensuring they had a rental that fit them properly.

We came in one day before prom, My little brother waited till last minute - Go figure. We called them at 6:30 and they close at 7. They were so sweet they stayed over to help us, They took all the measurements and took their time. The vibes were immaculate. We were able to walk out with a suit and shoes, And she applied a discount for prom. Will definitely work with them again. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Overall this was a bad experience. We picked out our outfits and they were great to work with then. Our try on fitting for the groom got rescheduled due to only having one tux in my husband’s size. Fast forward to the week of my wedding, NIGHTMARE! Out of 11 tuxes, only 5 fit and one of those was “doable.” This resulted in multiple of extra trips for us to pick up the new sizes. One of the groomsmen never got his proper pants, which no one called to tell us they didn’t come in, so someone attempted to go get them. When I asked how more did not fit than fit, the associate told me that she didn’t fit anyone so she couldn’t tell me. Just very disappointed in how it all went. They are pricey for what we got. Big headache that I shouldn’t have had to worry about the week of the wedding.

First things first, overpriced. Tried to rent just a jacket, pants, and white shirt; total came out to $171.00! And this was the discount price! Second, the store manager Nikki was not at all helpful in trying to get us a discount or in helping us customize each suit we were trying to rent. We explained to her that we would like to just rent the jacket, pants, and white shirt, no special or extra accessories. Told us that the rental price for each piece was different from the website and was very confusing. We ended up cancelling the rental of 3 suits because Nikki was more condescending and confusing rather than helpful, suit prices are ridiculous (we were better off buying all three suits at another store for much less), and they charged us a $50 fitting fee for 2 people. Will be recommending literally anywhere else for more affordable rentals and better customer service.
