I took 5 watches for the batteries to be replaced and purchased one new band. A couple of the watches needed to be cleaned before they functioned properly. The young lady Shisma did a outstanding job and her customer service was fantastic. She was very detailed, fast and efficient. I highly recommend this shop for any watch repair needs and battery replacements.

I'm here right now. I asked the young lady if she could fix my broken G-Shock band and she is repairing it faster than I can type this review. Aaaand it's done like brand new. Best 8 bucks I've spent all week.
