Everything about my experience gets 5 stars! First, Nathan and Clare were incredibly nice and helpful. Both very well versed on the Rolex brand, they were able to answer all my questions without flipping through manuals or checking with other staff, kinda nice to deal with experienced people and rare these days! Also, super nice store and the chocolate and drinks were a nice touch! Highly recommend, I've found my new jewelry store! I love my new watch and I'll be back!

Top notch service! When deciding to update/upgrade my wedding set, I took a chance on James & Sons. Every encounter I had through the process from shopping and picking out, to customizing to exactly what I wanted, to pick up was seamless. My husband and I worked with both Nathan and Hannah at the Orland location and they were both phenomenal. Communicating clearly throughout the entire process and both were very patient while I was making decisions. Very pleasant experience! Took in our wedding rings and my engagement ring to be cleaned. Minimum wait is 2 weeks. Received them in about a week. Friendly staff (Jayme & Donna)...even the security was nice. I would highly recommend and will be going back for routine cleanings (and maybe purchases) in the future. Thank you!

I have been working with James and Sons for the past 20 years. They have been nothing but great and completely honest with me. I work with Bonnie and she is wonderful. She has always made me feel welcome and a valued customer. She responds quickly and has come in on her day off to help me with a purchase. She has gotten to know myself and my wife and our tastes and helps pick out jewelry that we would want, not what they want to sell. I would highly recommend her. The manager Brian is fabulous as well. Very honest and upfront with everything. Him and Bonnie have helped me get some hard to find Rolexes over the years. I appreciate when they tell me that it may take time to find a piece, rather than over promise and under deliver. The owners Jim and John are also great. Again, always honest and have worked with myself and my family for about 40 years. We have zero complaints in that time. You stay in this business for that long by offering top notch service and honesty. Highly recommend them and particularly Bonnie for anything you need.
