For our 34th wedding anniversary my husband wanted to buy me a "life-time achievement" award and upgrade my ring. We started shopping in February and visited many different stores. We found the a ring we loved at a "Big Name" store. I fell in love with the look but the price was $20,000 over budget. We visited Jewelry Gallery, having had previous great experiences there, and started working with Lori Noll. I showed her a picture of the dream ring and from that point forward she worked to help us create our vision. Not only did we get the exact look of the "Big Name" store ring that I fell in love with, she helped us pick all 5 stones that were better in Cut, Carat, Color and Clarity than the ring the "Big Name" store wanted to sell us for $20K more!! I cannot believe the heirloom ring she helped us create for the amazing value! She and Jason Hunt, are very talented! I recommend if you are looking to buy a ring, save time and shop them first!! We have been shopping at this fine jewelry store since they came to Westfield well over 20 years ago, opening in a small storefront on 32 just East of Union. We have purchased new and estate jewelry and have always felt we were treated well and paid a fair price. They do excellent repair work as well. We never consider going anywhere else for repairs

Recently needed a new battery for my watch. Customer service was excellent and replacement of battery quickly performed. The store was having a very good sale and I purchased a ring for my wife for our wedding anniversary. This store and staff are excellent to deal with. Product selection is excellent with price ranges quite affordable for diamond jewelry. I highly recommend Jewelry Gallery for your jewelry questions or desires.
