I wouldnt take my mowers anywhere eles. Over the years the maintenance has been minimal mostly due to my errors. I appreciate you all very much!

I've been dealing with Outdoor Concepts for many years. I've always been satisfied with their service, parts, and sales. I've purchased riding mowers, push mowers, gas trimmers, and a snowblower over the years. They service everything they sell and stand behind their products.

This place dwells on their expensive name brands. Went in looking for a specific branding of mower. Well we don't or I can't were the most used responses. Paid them a bunch more than necessary for a close out branding after doing a lil research. Could have saved 2K by doing some shopping or by spending same amount gotten a really nice mower. But I will not shop or support their fancy storefront again. Unless you're a ultra high volume commercial service, I suggest you check the big box stores for deals on the name brands you're looking for. If you're looking for a "local service to take care of you" This is NOT the place! Supporting a local business is usually good, but stay out of Bluffton, Berne, Decatur or any midsized local towns, they just want your money.

Gorgeous business inside and out. They do have a nice selection of yard equipment, stone/mulch, and plants. They have a small fish pond inside that is enjoyable for all ages. They offer service on equipment and have always done great work on anything we've brought in. They offer landscaping services as well. We had them deliver/install 2 trees for us, deliver rock occasionally and we have always had a good experience. They are our go to for all things outdoor related.

I purchased my mower from outdoor concepts and for the price it is a decent Mower. The service is however less than desirable but in the past several year I have worked with it. The biggest issue is that I feel the service performed is mediocre. So today I take my mower in to be serviced for the season only to find out that they are three weeks out. That is fine but as I was telling the counter guy at the service desk that I can not wait for three weeks and I would have to take it back home. The counter guy was asking me if I wanted to keep it on the schedule and I replied that in the past you do not schedule service and I have been told it is first come first serve. At this point another employee interrupted our conversation to tell me that they do not take service appointment. My reply was (in a calm voice) I understand. I should maybe find a different company to service the mower I purchased from you. His reply (in a calm voice) was no need to get an attitude. I simply told him (still in a calm voice) its not an attitude just the facts and I'm not going to ague with you. He then replied (still in a calm voice) that that is good. I purchased my mower from them to keep it local and to help my local economy but if this is how I’m treated why wouldn’t I but from the big box store next time. Food for thought. You decide.

It's amazing, you kidding me?! I don't go anywhere else for lawn, garden, mowers, ECHO equipment, fertilizer... get here and get your stuff! Definitely recommend ?

The service is outstanding and the equipment is the best.
