Stopped in for a very large battery and the gentleman helped me transport my core battery and the new one I was purchasing to and from my vehicle. The guys working the front desk were professional and had a good sense of humor. Thanks for the help!

I'm one of those guys that has tried to support the grassroots brick and mortar stores of communities, as I have witnessed the downfall of local communities, including small businesses. I needed a driver's side door actuator switch. Amazon had a cheap China made one for $25 I could have the next day or two. Instead I went to NAPA and paid $200, thinking it would be better quality and I'll be supporting a local franchise community business that's been reputed for quality throughout my life. I waited over a week to get the part. It turned out to be a cheap China made switch and it was the wrong part. I had to make three trips there. One to order it, one to pick it up and one to return it. Wasted my time and money. I lost more in gasoline than it cost me to order the correct part from Amazon and it was at my house in two days. Pathetic. I think the manager was fairly friendly, but the other guy that was working there seemed to have a chip in his shoulder and just dismissed me while I waited patiently to be served. Probably not going back.

The Mrs and I had been camping near by and had the battery in our truck go bad (bad cell) found this location and heading there to get a new battery. Walk in and the nice lady came and took care of me promptly and got what I needed. Took the battery back for the core on our way home from our trip (3 days later) and another lady took care of the core and got my reimbursement handled fast and we were back on the road. We camp in that area several times a year and this will definitely be my go to place if I am ever in need of anything while we are in the area.
