I just went to Majestic Jewelers this afternoon to purchase a new piece of jewelry and had to wait 5 minutes while the employee was helping the person in front of me. Then when it was my turn and she found out what I was looking for, she asked if she could take the customer behind me picking something up, which I was kind and let her go before me...but, the customer needed something fixed or adjusted, so instead of the employee asking her to wait and taking care of me, she said nothing to me and proceeded to repair or adjust the customer's issue. This has got to be one of the worst employees who does not have any customer service skills at all. Majestic Jewelers just lost a customer and I will tell everyone that I know just how they treat their customers. 0 out of 5. The only reason they received one start is because it would not let me post without putting at least one star...and they do not even deserve that.

Super knowledgeable staff who was willing to go out of her way to help. I was just doing simple watch repair, but I would do all my watch and ring repairs here for sure. They really know what they’re talking about.

This place was wonderful. I'm so very pleased with the amazing job they did fixing a gold ring that was broken. It was passed down to me so it means the world to me. Ted the owner was very professional, nice and did a amazing job you can't even see w here he soldered it. Its looks better then new!!!! Highly recommend!!

Majestic Jewelers in Valparaiso, IN is the best place to go, not only to purchase fine jewelry, but the go to place when you want repairs or modifications made to your jewelry. Ken, the owner, replaced a cracked tanzanite in one of my rings and modified the prong setting on another. Plus when I got them back he had cleaned and polished them, so they looked like new! He does beautiful work and I am so happy. Ken was great with helping me make decisions, because he is a professional jeweler and expertly skilled in working with all gems and precious metals. Also, sometimes you get a ring sized and you can actually see the place where the modification was made. I had 3 rings sized by Majestic and they are perfect, with no trace the rings were sized.

Such a great experience at majestic in Valpo. The staff were very professional and had some great advice. Ring resizing was very fast as well; less than a week. I would recommend for anyone wanting a resize or some beautiful pieces of jewelry!

The owner is FANTASTIC! He knows his stuff. He helped me with creating a beautiful ring from one of my old rings. He was so professional and explained how he does every step. Very reasonable compared to other overpriced local jewlers. Will definitely continue my business with him.

The owner Ken is a great guy! I have bought a lot of jewelry from his shop and had customer pieces made! He is great at replacing watch batteries and cleaning jewelry of all kind! He specially makes custom bracelets for my big wrist! Travel from Illinois often to see what new pieces are available. You can not go wrong at this jewelry store!
