R & S sent Justin and Russell to fix a tricky electrical problem on my pontoon. They were on time, quickly diagnosed and thoroughly explained the problem, recovered my boat and suggested another quick cheap fix without being asked! Very pleased.

After calling every marina in 50 miles and being disappointed with their communication, and scheduling called R&S. Received excellent response, super fast service and will be picking our boat up today after one day to fix it! Super nice people on the phone. Will only use R&S in the future even though they are 20 miles from where our boat is docked, and there is a marina 5 miles away.

We have struggled with our pontoon motor all year. Right before the 4th weekend, it completely died. We were very happy with R&S Boats’ kindness as they secured a loaner pontoon for us for the 4th of July weekend. They knew we had family and friends visiting. Excellent service! Came out same day to try and fix the pontoon on a Saturday. Identified the problem...we took it in Sunday (they are closed so we dropped it off). It was fixed Monday! And very reasonable! Thank you R & S!

Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. As a first time boat owner they were willing to take me out on the lake and show me how everything worke . Even tips and tricks for loading and unloading trailer. Installed my trolling motor that I didnt even purchase there. Great folks that will get my future buisness.
