I placed an order through Tire Rack. The rims and tires were mounted and balanced, then shipped straight to our local Midas shop. Such a great experience. The entire team was so professional. The Midas shop got my truck in and out really fast. I can’t speak highly enough about my experience. I’ll definitely be back, they definitely earned my business!

They did a wonderful job! My alternator went out The night before Christmas Eve and they had it fixed and ready to go Christmas Eve morning. The guy that helped me was super friendly and accommodating and it didn’t cost nearly as much as I was expecting.

Anthony, Matt, and Drake went above and beyond to take care of me. My serpentine belt broke and left me stranded last night almost an hour from home. I called them first thing today and they said they would do everything they could to try to give me my car back same day so that I could go home tonight since I had to sleep at work last night. They stayed over their closing shift time to make sure I wasn’t stranded again and I truly cannot explain how grateful I am for that. These guys made my week infinitely better, and they were so kind to me during the whole process. I would recommend this store to anyone!

Do not go here - Boarder line criminal. My son and girlfriend too their car in for engine issues. Midas recommended a number of repairs repairs totaling $2,800 and change. They picked up the car and got less than a mile down the road engine sputtering and smoke billowing out. I went in today to ask the manager about why they would recommend almost $3,000 in repairs to a car without running a blown motor. The explanation was that they didn’t know the motor was blown till they “fixed” everything else and they could do nothing to help since they don’t do that level of engine work.

I explained that they took this money from two people that don’t have it for repairs that fixed nothing. They came to you as an expert to help them. He said - there’s nothing we can do. Unethical at best. Don’t take your car here!

Purchased a tire and wheel set from The Tire Rack, and selected this Midas location for installation. No problems scheduling my appointment, and they got me right in as soon as I arrived. Courtesy inspection and installation of my new wheels was done in about an hour and a half. No issues after the visit, car drives and handles smooth.

I went in for engine trouble, and they were able to identify the problem quickly and make a plan to correct it. I was able to get my car fixed in one day! Definitely will be going back in the future for any car needs
