I just stopped at this store had THE WORST customer service experience I've had IN YEARS!!! The older lady working was so rude to me and I had 3 boxed items and several smaller items. She put all of it IN ONE BAG, and left one item out. As I tried to pick up the bag, it instantly ripped and when I asked her for a couple of new bags she acted like I was
putting her out and ROLLED HER EYES!!!! I can't believe it!!
I WILL NOT GO BACK!

This Belmont location is the most consistently rude of any retail store I have been to! I had placed a special order for something and was told it was in with my name on it. I went to pick up my order and received the response "I don't know anything about it, you will have to call (someone). They weren't even willing to help. Today was the last straw.I will NEVER return. I hope local management reads this. Vist was on 09/26/2020 3:45pm

Stopped by before a friends birthday party. Has a very great selection of beers and wines. The manager i am assuming is very knowledgeable about the product that he is selling.

This is now Belmont Beverage and the older cashier (60+) is horrid! Not sure if she is a holdover from the previous owners and has issues, but I was treated so badly that I am flabbergasted why any establishment would put her front and center to represent them. Just awful.

Scott is a very knowledgeable person he enjoys quality scotches we've never tried the 14 year old so it was a new experience for both of us
