I’m not sure what’s up with the reviews for the business cards but hands down if I could give a hundred stars I would. We were an hour away and needed business cards. Spoke to Rachel and she was the BEST all way around. We were trying to get the business cards created and had a issue with the Internet, called and Rachel walked us through the process and made sure we got the business cards submitted. It was after the time we were suppose to have them submitted for same day pick up. She made that happen. Had a huge event and needed these cards little did she know how important. We were so grateful for her outstanding customer service going above and beyond to help. When we arrived at the store she let us know how one of the orders printed. She redid the the printing and we were so blessed. Loved her so much. Thank you. Please make sure she gets this recognition. I know she treats everyone this way.

Bought two computers and not being computer savvy I just thought my VGA monitor i use now would work with them. But these computers use HDMI video. Would have been nice if the person would have ask if I needed a monitor or adapter too. Day's of the caring sales person are gone.

I wish I could rate higher than 5 stars. I received the best service from Betsy and Rachel in the printing department at the Owensboro KY store. Their professionalism and speed cannot be ignored. I truly wish that all customer service now a days can be such a wonderful experience as these two provided me.

The staff is so friendly and welcoming. I witnessed a staff member helping an older gentleman. He was kind and helpful, answered any and all questions, and offered recommendations on the product the gentleman was looking for. He assisted him in a kind and unassuming manner, and was very respectful. Good Job employee with Office Depot in Owensboro, Kentucky...you always know how to treat your customers...appreciate you!

Staff is always very helpful and courteous. If the local store doesn't have what I need in stock, I order online and have it delivered. FedEx drop-off is convenient, as well as USPS stamps etc.. My only issue is that their sound system needs to be fixed.

The staff were really friendly and very helpful. This was my first time at the location in Owensboro Ky. and I really enjoyed and would highly recommend it to everyone. The store was clean and products were easy to find.

My elderly mother, who walks with a cane, was in store shopping for file folders, staples and a notepad. I walked her in the door and asked if someone minded helping her out real quick while I went to park the car.
I worry about her falling and not getting back up someday.
Stella deserves the stellar award, because by the time I made it back into the store in under two minutes; Stella had gotten my mother a shopping cart to help her walk easier, had started my mother down the aisle, found her the specific staples she needed, and was walking us to the aisle where she could find the file folders of her choice.
I so greatly appreciated Stella taking care of my mom and being so kind to take the time from her day at work to treat my mother as if she were her own. Also, offering to be close if we needed help with anything else.

Excellent service, very friendly, so many options! I LOVED how my poster came out! The Print Manager told me some additional options to make it last longer and I am so glad she did. It will be something I can use over and over!
