Took Chevy Volt in for an oil change. The vehicle is a plug-in hybrid. It has a standard 1.6L 4 cylinder engine. The first thing one employee said was, "we don't like electric vehicles." After the oil change, I started noticing small drips of oil underneath the vehicle. Put the car on ramps and realized the oil filter was loose. I tightened it up properly. Now there is no more leak. I will not be going back to this location.

Car ran better after much overdue fluids exchange. Clear communication, nice discount for multiple services. Quicker than expected. Always use VIOC on all my vehicles.

Please train and offer Tesla tire rotations.

Changed tail light on my mother‘s car broke the piece on the trunk of her car. I’ve had to come back over here. This makes the third trip I live in Harrodsburg not very nice at all so I don’t recommend anybody ever get their lights for the license plate changed The manager is very rude. He tried to tell me it was fixed. It was not fixed. They broke the piece on the on the hood so I just I just think it’s ridiculous. So if you go there, I would watch what you get done.
