I have done business with this store for the almost five years I have lived in Danville. They are so customer friendly, helpful and all you can ask from a company. I tried to enter a great review for them on their receipt but the AI on the UPS site is not as smart as humans that do customer support. So came here to leave a review after frustration with AI. This business helps you in every way they can and for what is best for you which allows you to have input on how you want it shipped and more. Sorry that the UPS website is not so caring but be glad this site and it employees are and once you go there come here and write your review so you won't be frustrated by the ridiculous website of UPS. The cost here for things I have shipped have been very fair and well packaged also.

They close at 4pm on saturdays and i arrived there at 3.30 and they were all locked up and gone Very Bad Business!!!!

I was pleased to find that this UPS store had notary services, so I scheduled an appointment. When I submitted my notarized form to an online website (which shall remain nameless), it was rejected (for highly questionable "problems"). I called UPS to see if I could get the form re-done without an appointment, and talked with Elijah, who said the original notary wasn't available that day, but he was a notary as well and would be there all day. He re-did the form for no charge. Unfortunately, it was rejected again! So we tried a third time, and again it was rejected! (I need to emphasize that this was not a problem with Elijah's work; the online company was just very, very, very picky.) Finally, the fourth time was a charm. I can't say enough about the lengths he went to in order to help me get the form to be perfectly "acceptable." All this, with a friendly, helpful attitude - and no extra charges! I have always found this store's employees to be the very best in every way! Elijah went above and beyond!

I love having this UPS store in Danville! They make everything so easy and the customer service is always top tier. I know it sounds like hyperbole, but these are literally the most pleasant people and there is no reason to go anywhere else if you have to ship something.

They close at 4pm on Saturdays. I pulled in and was at the door at 4:01 and the door was locked and people inside wouldn’t help me. Lots of people have to do their errands on the weekends. 4pm is too early to close on a Saturday, and you could give a customer who arrives one minute late some grace☹️
