Lovely tea store, a wall of tea, a wall of tea accessories, and a tea tasting bar at the far end of the store. Ben patiently helped create a mixture of a particular tea I wanted. We tasted many samples. Happy with the outcome!

Impressive selection and knowledgeable staff. Spacious parking lot, convenient. It was a fun experience.

Tea lovers should check it out! The sample canisters have lids that open to inhale the aroma of leaves. Plan to order more in the future!

Let me start by saying the Christmas in a cup is amazing tea!!!!!
The Bourbon Black Tea is definitely not my cup of tea. 🙁 If you like Bourbon then you will like this. It has the charred-oak barrel flavor. I will try to give this one away. The other I will return because it has not been opened.

This is a world-class tea shop in rural Kentucky- go figure. The reason it can exist is that it is actually the distribution hub for their wholesale business. That equals incredible fresh teas and an amazing selection for their little store front. You want to talk tea, this is the place to do it. I spoke with the owners while there and just an interesting, well-travelled tea loving entrepreneur. If you like tea at all, you’d be doing yourself a disservice not stopping by!

Such a lovely shop with an amazing selection of Loose Leaf, Herbal and Steeping pre- bagged. Unique Tea accessories, Honey,Rock Sugar Cups/ Pots Nibbles and Literature. I come to town 3 times a year can't wait until I come back.

Oh, no! My Tea box is empty!!!! Bought it on a trip to Vancouver, B.C. Luckily, I've found their website and Wow! No Shipping charges to Hawaii on purchases over $50. Glad to know this company recognizes Hawaii shipping charges via USPS are the same as the ones in CONUS! I bought two 1-lb bags and plan to give one to my good friend!

I was told about Elmwood by an undergraduate student I spoke with at the Hub Coffee shop. When I called Elmwood, I was invited to share a cup of delicious monkey tea with Mr Richardson. He explained the blends of many of the teas, including Paris Afternoon, which was described as Earl Grey with and extra bit of Bergamot for the Earl Grey lovers. I think this location has almost everything a tea lover could ask for, including advice from Mr. Richardson, who is a master Blender, professor, historian, and much more. I believe he even wrote the manuals for at least a few of the widely known tea companies of the world. So if you're ever in Danville, the ❤️ of Kentucky, and you enjoy properly made teas, this is one spot you may want to consider.

Amazing ,beautiful teas. Lots of love goes into making it and you can tell from the taste, as well as the quality of materials. it's my favorite part of the day now. The owner is very knowledgeable and sweet. Monarch garden turmeric is one of my favorites now. Haven't been to the strore yet, looking forward to it 🙂
