When I was in the market for a precision rifle scope Cody stepped up and had me call him directly to get details on not just one scope but multiple scopes from several manufacturers. Cody has a vast knowledge of precision optics and we spent almost an hour on the phone discussing the pros and cons of each. After I placed my order I forgot to add my mailing address, Cody went above and beyond chasing down my error then notified me on his personal time of my mistake. No sooner did I give him my mailing address Cody responded with the tracking number for my order!

These guys were awesome! I had an issue with an order for another company and a buddy recommended Cody and the Family. I wrote him a message after hours on a weekend about the account I had created and he got back to me in less than 10 minutes. Really disappointed and will not be a returning customer. 2 months i spent waiting on the order, no communication unless I called, and even after the 2 month wait one item was canceled and the other item will be showing up too late for me to use it at an upcoming match.
