Working with Seth was great. Really wanted a new Grand Seiko. They had the model I wanted. So I thought I’d give them a try. And I’m glad I did. I asked plenty of questions and they replied in a timely fashion.
Customer Service was A+ Communication was great. Shipping was fast.
I paid for my watch it was shipped same day and 12 hours later it was on my wrist.

This isn't a real store, just a guy that sells stuff out of his apartment. I took a huge detour on my road trip to buy a Tudor here but there's no storefront. I guess I could order it online and hope 1. They send a real watch and 2. It is successfully delivered. Just like if I bought one from any of the countless Hong Kong or wherever retailers.

Edit: since you took the time to post a saucy response, let me clarify that 1. Google Maps has your location listed as a literal apartment building and 2. Your website makes it perfectly clear that you don't meet any clients unless they have already paid. That is literally the opposite of a store. Since you have a bunch of used junk and a bunch of new Tudors listed on your website, it raises questions as to why you specialize in selling watches notorious for quality control issues that really need to be seen before purchase. Also, my life is really great including my recent vacation which unfortunately passed by where you live. Sorry you had to make things personal in your business' official response to my review. That was very unprofessional. I'm an amateur, I use this app to warn people about shady people like you.

I reached out to Seth & Co 6 weeks prior to purchasing an Omega Speedmaster Grey Side of the Moon. I told them I would to purchase the watch but was out of country. Two weeks prior to returning to the US, they contacted me and asked if I was still interested. The following week, I completed the transaction and it went perfect. They also gave me a great deal on a Omega SMP 300 and ended up purchasing 2 watches. Delivery was fast and they timed it perfectly when I returned home to receive the watches. Highly recommend and very professional.
